"Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger: We Do Not Want To Sell Cesc Fabregas"
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted he does not want to let midfielder Cesc Fabregas leave in the summer.
Barcelona have made no secret of their wish to sign Fabregas this summer, having had their first offer of £29 million rejected by the Gunners.
But the Catalan club have not given up on Fabregas just yet, and new Barca president Sandro Rosell is believed to be keen on continuing the push for the 23-year-old.
However, Wenger has warned Barcelona that it will be very hard for Barcelona to see Fabregas in their club's shirt next season.
"I do not need to talk about Cesc. He has a contract with Arsenal and we do not want to sell him," he is quoted as saying by AS.
"I have spoken with Fabregas many times, just like with all my players that are at the World Cup, but never about his future."
