Unexpected Result..

Finally....due of cnc milling problem....it's vast and very emphasis to solve it...yesterday during the test...the condition was very useful....suddenly when want to trial....unpredictable....cnc totally lost contact between HMI and decoder....and when to test...the system obviously like corrupted....the data like still retain even had been delete...hrmm...don't know what to say to the boss.....

Fanuc...

Alhamdulillah....my plan on today basically achieve target. Firstly, during my visit on CIAST Shah Alam, for check robot...from beginning...I was worries...what robot type ? What was the problem...it's vast or not ? It's can did my own capabilities or not? It all come in my head. But finally...when see the robot..level confident come...it's interface system between robot and plc...and also pc...I think it's can be done if the contract goes to us....hopefully....the vast problem...was the software. It call Robotworx....it's emphasis...and I will figure out how to solve this problem...insya allah...due date for submit quotation tomorrow....need to do early as possible....Now....outsation to Perlis...Unimap...FMS....hope will finish and sign...for payment....insya allah....

Hrmm.....as at schedule for today... Get new side project at ADTEC Alor Gajah....purposely for checked robot error....during this journey...from early morning...as previously statement....Train had technical problem..probably cause due of rail....because early morning...weather condition show rain....hrmm...and when arrive at Alor Gajah....basically the problem are about PLC....Hydraulic.....Robot in good condition.....lack of infomation.....hrmmm....now...time to go home....precisely....huhu

Hari nie....ade keje kt uniten...'Pending item'.....air gripper utk robot......alhamdulillah...selesai....dah sign pun....tunggu claim......pastu pekene nasi beriani gam putrajaya...sebelah uniten....harga memang mahal cikit....tp bila fikir lauk....dan sedapnyr.......memang berbaloi....sembahyang jumaat di masjid putra.....jumpa PM.....dapat gak salam ngan dia lepas solat.....

Hari nie sepatutnya ade event jumpa mmbr skolah rendah....tapi abah tiba2 ngadu sakit dada....risau tgk abah....pergi k hospital sg buloh....rupanya...ade saluran tersumbat....menyebabkan saluran air tidak berjalan lancar...menyebabkan kaki nmpk kebiruan.....kemungkinan abah ditahan atau tidak....bergantung pada medical checkout..

Usually...after finish job at uniten...do a favor thing....go to putrajaya....to watch iron man 2...the film is great to watch...basically cause of robotic and it system...even that only in movie...but in future...we would not know...it could became reality...therefore...the technology was great....and then...mosque Sultan Zainal Abidin....was brilliant architecture...without using air cond....using air with intelligent ventilator....so impress....
